Follow the trail Credit where it’s due… my wife spotted these prints in the ice. And, when you look closely, they seem to cover the whole pond. (Well, apart for the wee bit that isn’t frozen.) I think the tracks belong to the moorhens who live here (but I’m happy to be corrected). Whoever left the trail, they’ve obviously been very energetic when the ice started to melt.
