Today our two latest buses will took to the road on our 108 Service. They are the first buses to feature our new fleet numbering. 411 is 41 seats and 1 numerically, with 412 number 2 numerically. Whilst not the best time to launch new vehicles, they were ordered almost a year ago and due last summer, they will help reduce our carbon footprint and aid social distancing on all our routes. They are fitted with the latest Euro 6 engines and this coupled with 'smart charging' and 'stop - start' technology means they meet 'Low Emission Bus' status. The buses were built to our specification by Falkirk based Alexander Dennis and feature both a dedicated wheelchair bay and a buggy bay along with USB charging points at every seatbelted seat and free WiFi.View image on Flickr
