Mark Haller - Very Friendly place, great staff - although was asked 3 times if everything was alright |(which it was).. This is a mid priced restaurant which has music later in the evenings. It has a modern fishing oriented decoration and has a classy feel however it is very informal. Serves local bottled beer and a good range of wines. I believe it also has some common draft beers but did not verify these. The meal we had was Hake and it was really excellent, a good sized portion with excellent veggies on the side. Highly recommended. overall 4.0 out of 5

Matthew Rodgerson - Friendly service, decent food but rather expensive. We were a family of four, but the kids (12 and 8) ordered from the main menu. The kids' menu was the usual fare, sausage & chips, chicken nuggets etc.. I'd like to see more places offering smaller & cheaper portions of main menu items for children. The food was generally of good quality, although the rump steak was chewy - I don't mind paying £15 for a steak , but it should be tender. Spicy chicken was very well cooked and delicious. Sea bass was tasty but small portion. With desserts at £5 a pop and drinks, we spent £100 on a casual evening meal. Ouch. overall 3.0 out of 5
